We are working very hard to expand our class selections! Currently, we offer Yoga, Total Body Aerobics and Strength, Foam Roller/Recovery and Active Older Adults. All classes are now free to members effective July 2018!

The Non-Member fee will be $7 per class and seniors over 65 will be $5 per class.


Yoga

Monday's and Wednesday's 2:00PM

The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Active Older Adults (AOA)

Tuesday's & Thursday's 9:00AM

Low impact, low intensity class to improve strength and flexibility for active older adults.

This class is free to adults 50 and over.

Total Body aerobics

Tuesday's 5:30PM
Cardio aerobics class that is full of calorie burning movements and steps! Class may occasionally end with a few minutes of ab or glute work.

Total Body strength

Thursday's 5:30PM
This is a great conditioning class that will consist of strength/endurance training using one or more of the following: weights, dumbbells, body weight, body bar, medicine balls, HIIT and Tabata.

FOAM ROLLER/rECOVERY CLASS

Wednesday's 5:15PM

This class will improve range of motion, increase flexibility, better circulation and stress reduction. Reduce exercise-related soreness and prevent injury.

Plyo Stretch

This class will consist of body weight exercises, plyometrics and lots of stretching!
