The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

Zumba is a 50 min upbeat, calorie blasting dance fitness class focusing on a total body burn and Cardio.

Strength and Toning is a 50 min total body workout.

Total Body Fitness

Total Body group fitness class that offers modification for many fitness levels. Class may include body weight exercises, free weights, Tabata, HIIT and plyometrics.

Total Body Fitness is instructed by Nationally qualified, NPC bikini competitor, Stephanie Reily.
