Monday's and Wednesday's 2:00PM

The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems. Yoga brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.

$7 per class, but only $5 for LFC members!


Tuesday's & Thursday's 5:30PM

Zumba is a 50 min upbeat, calorie blasting dance fitness class focusing on a total body burn and Cardio.

$5 per class, but only $3 for LFC members!

Active Older Adults (AOA)

Tuesday's & Thursday's 11:00AM

Low impact, low intensity class to improve strength and flexibility for active older adults.

This class is free to adults 50 and over.

Total Body aerobics 

Tuesday's 4:30PM & Thursday's 6:30PM
Cardio aerobics class that is full of calorie burning movements and steps! Class may occasionally end with a few minutes of ab or glute work.

$4 per class, but only $3 for LFC members!

Total Body strength

Tuesday's 6:30PM & Thursday's 4:30PM
This is a great conditioning class that will consist of strength/endurance training using one or more of the following: weights, dumbbells, body weight, body bar, medicine balls, HIIT and Tabata.

Beginners Total body strength

Mondays 5:00PM

This class is a modified version of Total Body Strength to accommodate those who are just getting back into fitness, those who are just beginning their fitness journey or those who want a little slower paced class plan.

$4 per class, but only $3 for LFC members!
